Data merge
One template, a spreadsheet of names, a page per person, then onto the sheet.
Name badges, event cards, certificates and invitations: drop the template, upload the Excel or CSV, place text and picture boxes that move together on every record, use fallbacks and conditions, and download a page per record or the imposed print sheets.
The problems it removes
- Typing 300 names into a design file by hand.
- A text box nudged on one card but not the others.
- Names that do not fit the box.

- Which files?
- .xlsx and .csv. The first row is the column names; use {{Name}} in a box.
- Long names?
- A box can shrink the text down to a minimum size so every record fits.
