- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. A new account gets 7 days of all nine tools free, with no payment details needed. One free trial per person, computer and network. When it ends, choose a plan to keep going.
- How do I pay in Kenya?
- By M-Pesa STK push or by card, in shillings, from your account page. You get an invoice by email.
- And outside Kenya?
- Prices are in US dollars and charged in Kenyan shillings at the day’s rate, by card through Paystack or by M-Pesa. Your card issuer converts; the rate used is printed on your invoice.
- Does my plan renew automatically?
- No. Each payment covers one month or one year, and nothing is charged unless you pay again. We email you a week before your period ends and again on its last day.
- How many computers?
- One at a time per account. Signing in on another computer signs the first one out. Shops that need more seats can ask for more devices.
